Handmade or custom items are not returnable unless damaged in shipping There are no returns or exchanges on shoes, socks or boots.
For an exchange, we must be contacted first within 3 days of receiving your item. If an exchange is requested we must receive the item from you within 7 days from the day you received your item. Do not take it upon yourself to send the item(s) back, or you will void any and all return / exchange rights.
*NOTE: Item(s) must be in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION. IF YOU ARE RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A PET CLOTHING ITEM, IT MUST BE COMPLETELY FREE OF ANY PET HAIR. If it is otherwise we will not process the return or exchange. If we find that the item or items are not re-salable, we can ship them back to you at your cost.
Exchanged items must be of equal or greater value of your original order. If your exchange item costs more, we will adjust the costs accordingly. Shipping fees will be charged to ship the new item.
Sorry we cannot accept returns/exchanges on custom made items/custom dog clothing of any kind, Pet Shoes/Boots, Swimsuits or Undergarments of any kind, liquids, special order items, pet houses, petcool units, pet beds or furniture. Holiday items will not be accepted after the holiday date.
Please make sure the mail carrier you chose delivers to PO Boxes.
